- Attendance fee: £30 per hour
- Issuing legal notices: £50.00
- Preparing documentation for eviction and attending court: £300.00 + court fees

All charges are inclusive of VAT.

Please note that in case the landlord has many properties and they are committing to long-term arrangement, we can negotiate the above letting fees.
